How to Order – New Account
Step 1: Register
- Go to www.chelseaphotography.org
- Click Register → Parent/Guardian
- Enter your details: Full Name, Email & Password, Phone Number
- Enter your child’s details:
• Full Name – if your child has middle or other names, please put them in the First name box (e.g. First name: “James Kgosi”, Surname: “Brown”)
• School & Grade - If you have more than one child, click “Add Another Child” and repeat step 4
- Accept Terms → Submit
⏳ Your account will be verified within 24 hours. You’ll get an email when it is active. If you do not, please just log into the site after 24 hours – it will be active by then. Contact us for any issues.
Step 2: Log In & View Photos
- Go to Login and enter your email & password.
- Under Your Photos, you will see your child’s pictures.
- Write down the Photo ID numbers of the photos that appear on your dashboard. This is important to identify which photo you want for each product.
Step 3: Shop Products
- Go to Print Shop
- Choose a product (prints, mugs, bottles, etc.)
- Select the Photo ID, options, and quantity
- Add to Cart → continue shopping or go to Cart
- Double-check that the Photo IDs match the products selected
- Once you are happy with your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”
Step 4: Checkout
- Fill in your Billing Details
- Choose payment:
- DPO Secure Payment (instant)
- EFT (processed once payment reflects)
- Pay to Cell (processed once payment reflects)
- Confirm → Place Order
- You’ll receive a confirmation email

✅ All orders must be placed by the deadline communicated to you by your school.
🚫 Orders after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery with the school batch.
