FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXISTING ACCOUNTS

Step 1: Log In & Update Info

1. Go to Login and enter your email & password.
2. Under Your Account → Dashboard, you will see ‘Child Info’ on the left of your screen.
3. Click on it and update your child’s information (e.g. new class name, college/primary, or add a new child who has just joined their sibling). Make sure your child’s name is spelled correctly.
4. Click ‘Save’ when done.

NB: If you do not remember your password, search ‘Chelsea Photography’ in your emails and look for the email that was sent when you registered – your password is in that email. Otherwise, you may click ‘Forgot password’ on the site to create a new one.

After saving, you will be logged out and your account will need to be verified again. This will be done within 24 hours. Once approved, an email will be sent and you may log in again.

Step 2: Shop Products

1. Go to Print Shop
2. Choose a product (prints, mugs, bottles, etc.)
3. Select the photo thumbnail (yes, you can now see a small thumbnail of your images to choose from!), options, and quantity
4. Add to Cart → continue shopping or go to Cart
5. Double-check that your cart has what you wanted and the right images have been selected
6. Once you are happy with your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the prompts

NB: Please make sure you view all the products in the store – we have some new additions you may like. Please also see the POLYMER MUG: a cup specifically chosen for young children that can be printed on and is made of hard plastic, making it almost impossible to break.

Step 3: Checkout

1. Fill in your Billing Details
2. Choose payment:

• DPO Secure Payment (instant)
• EFT (processed once payment reflects)
• Pay to Cell (processed once payment reflects)

1. Confirm → Place Order
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email
