Step 1: Register

1. Go to www.chelseaphotography.org
2. Click Register → Parent/Guardian
3. Enter your details: Full Name, Email & Password, Phone Number
4. Enter your child’s details:
   • Full Name – if your child has middle or other names, please put them in the First name box (e.g. First name: “James Kgosi”, Surname: “Brown”)
   • School & Grade
5. If you have more than one child, click “Add Another Child” and repeat step 4
6. Accept Terms → Submit

⏳ Your account will be verified within 24 hours. You’ll get an email when it is active. If you do not, please just log into the site after 24 hours – it will be active by then. Contact us for any issues.

Step 2: Log In & View Photos

1. Go to Login and enter your email & password.
2. Under Your Photos, you will see your child’s pictures.
3. Write down the Photo ID numbers of the photos that appear on your dashboard. This is important to identify which photo you want for each product.

Step 3: Shop Products

1. Go to Print Shop
2. Choose a product (prints, mugs, bottles, etc.)
3. Select the Photo ID, options, and quantity
4. Add to Cart → continue shopping or go to Cart
5. Double-check that the Photo IDs match the products selected
6. Once you are happy with your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”

Step 4: Checkout

1. Fill in your Billing Details
2. Choose payment:

• DPO Secure Payment (instant)
• EFT (processed once payment reflects)
• Pay to Cell (processed once payment reflects)

1. Confirm → Place Order
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email

✅ All orders must be placed by the deadline communicated to you by your school.
🚫 Orders after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery with the school batch.
