At Chelsea Photography, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and shipping for items purchased through our online print shop and for photography services.
1. Refund Policy
Photography Sessions
Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit of the total payment must be made to confirm a booking/session.
Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: Full refund of total payment made, minus a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total payment.
Cancellation 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund of the total payment.
Cancellation less than 3 days before the session: No refund.
Chelsea Photography Cancellations: Bookings may be postponed or cancelled at any given time by Chelsea Photography. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Print Shop Orders
Order canceled within 24 hours of placement: Full refund.
Order canceled after 24 hours but before production begins: 50% refund of the total payment.
Order canceled after production has started: No refund (custom or personalized items cannot be returned).
Handling Fee: A handling fee of 25% of the total order may apply in certain cases.
Order Errors or Defective Products
Errors in orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If an item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the complaint and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
2. Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas: We ship products nationwide across Botswana.
Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation of payment. Shipping time may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, and product type.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by third-party couriers and may vary based on size, weight, and delivery location.
Chelsea Photography does not control shipping costs. Prices are subject to change and will be charged directly to the client by the third-party courier.
EFT Payments: Orders paid via EFT will not be processed until payment has been received in our bank account.
Delivery Issues: Chelsea Photography is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or errors in the delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
